| African Foundation for Education and Community Development (AFECoD), is a non-profitable organization initiated and registered in Kenya by its board of trustees. Dr. Ibrahim Bulushi, Dr. Siraje, Mr. Mugahid, Dr. Bachir Soualhi and Mr. Ali Ngare are the members of AFECoD. It is a local and International entity which focuses on education and community development. AFECoD, a constituent organization of South Coast Holding Limited (SOHO), has been implementing scholarship programs in partnership with Sudan, Malaysia and Turkey Universities. Since its inception, students have benefited different scholarships for undergraduate and graduate courses.The African Foundation for Education and Community Development, is committed to eradicating poverty by providing quality education and care to the orphans and marginalized children & widow within coast region. The project will incorporate a strong foundation base of Islamic Religious culture teachings. The AFECoD Is the developer of The AFECoD Waqf project to sustaining the recurrent, expenditures totaling between KShs. 500,000 to 700,000 / USD 5,000 to 7,000 monthly. The total current student and children identified to benefit with the project is 200 and 50 widows and the AFECoD office monthly management expenditure with a team of 5 staff. The funding of the monthly recurrent expenses are generated throgh AFECoD members contributions, donors and well wishers through its income generating programme. The project will In shaa Allah provide for those already in our system and in shaa Allah enroll more beneficiaries to give them the opportunity of happiness, education and tarbiya (social/Islamic upbringing). |

WOMSHELTER plans to build affordable housing facilities which consist of: 2 Bedrooms A Toilet A small Verandah A small Balcony The project will freely accommodate1 family from marginalized community and mark the beginning of the county development on needy families affordable residential housing and improve their lifestyle. The African Foundation for Education and Community Development, is committed to eradicating poverty by providing a free quality housing facilities to needy families and to the orphans and marginalized children & widows within coast region. The project will incorporate a strong foundation base of Islamic Religious culture teachings.
